Our refund policy states that all the sales on the part of Shrianand Poly don’t offer any refund. If a customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been dispatched or at the time of delivery, they will be required to bear both-way courier charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are requested not to accept any damaged or tampered box or bag from the logistics partner, whether it has courier taping on it or not. If the material is damaged and an OTP is triggered for order rejection instead of damage, customers should not provide the OTP to the logistics partner. For any dispute, such as short quantity, the customer must provide a proper unboxing video to support the claim; otherwise, the claim will not be considered.
